Enjoy a hands-on workshop learning how to cook scrapple, the famous Pennsylvania Dutch meat dish. Participants will learn how to cook it in the kettle and add buckwheat flour and other ingredients.  Workshop leader Jim King makes scrapple every winter with his family. After this workshop, you might want to make scrapple your annual tradition! Preregistration required for this workshop and participation is limited.  $60 workshop fee and $10 materials fee. SOLD OUT!
