July 13, 10am to 1pm Hex Sign Painting by Rachel Yoder $60 Workshop Fee & $20 Materials Fee Learn about hex sign art and the popular PA Dutch folk art motifs with local folk artist and Schwenkfelder descendant Rachel Yoder. All participants will create their own 12" rosette hex sign inspired by traditional PA Dutch themes and colors. There will be an introduction to the history of hex signs and Pennsylvania Dutch folk art as well as a demonstration on creating hex sign art.
